Commercial Property Inspection

We are accredited by CCPIA and our commercial inspections will meet and in most cases exceed the CCPIA Standards of Practice for commercial inspections. A Shasta Premier Inspection Group Commercial Inspection will cover between 150 – 500 systems and components of the property. The inspection covers public areas, ingress, egress, parking, ADA and safety items, and more.

Mold Inspection & Testing

We are certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). Our mold inspection will endeavor to find any areas that present a moisture problem that is, or could be causing mold growth. The mold inspection includes thermal (infrared) imaging and use of specialized tools to detect moisture. The inspection includes up to four (4) mold tests. Additional tests are extra.

Private Well System, Pump & Flow Test

An undamaged and fully operational water system is essential to any rural home. Well pump system and flow tests will give you a reference point to help you decide if further, more in-depth testing of the well, its depth, pumping equipment, water tanks and appurtenant systems and components should be done by a specialized contractor. The flow test will give an estimate of what the entire private well system produces as installed. This end production is affected by the well, water pump, water tank, pump controls, supply piping, height of the building, strainers, condition of the fixtures, etc. This inspection should help determine adequacy of the systems pressure, flow rate, and minimum yield for at least one fixture on the date of the inspection.

Water Quality Sampling & Testing

Several water quality packages are available, including a Lender Package that should satisfy your mortgage lender requirements, Bacteria, and Water Toxicity Panel. Other testing can be provided upon request. If you don’t see what you’re looking for when ordering online, give us a call.

NFPA Title 211, Chapter 15, Level 1 & 2 Inspection

This inspection is intended to meet the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard Title 211, Chapter 15 for Level 1 and Level 2 inspections. This inspection should meet requirements for the sale or transfer of property. We do not perform Level 3 Inspections.

Home Maintenance Inspection

A Home Maintenance Inspection is a great idea for both first-time and long-standing homeowners. By having your home inspected annually, you will be proactive in protecting your home and investment. Your annual maintenance inspection will allow you to fix small repair items, before they become big costly breakdowns. Repair Verification

When repairs are made based on the inspection report, it’s a good idea to have them re-inspected to ensure satisfactory completion. This will generate an additional written report of those summary items re-inspected.
